Terms and Conditions

By booking your vehicle parking with us, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions.
Your statutory rights are not affected:

1. Bookings & Service

1.1.         Bookings through our web site are deemed to be made when final confirmation of the booking has been sent via e-mail.

1.2.         Telephone bookings are deemed to have been made when confirmed by a Airport Parkade telephone representative.

1.3.         All services are subject to availability

1.4.         Airport Parkade reserve the right not to accept or fulfil a booking

1.5.         All prices are quoted in South African Rands. Prices quoted can be subject to change.

1.6.         We confirm any payment information given to Airport Parkade by you will only be used by Airport Parkade and will not be distributed to any other organisation under any circumstance.

1.7.         Whilst every effort is made to ensure that collections and deliveries of vehicles are made at the requested times, Airport Parkade does not accept any responsibility for delays of its service, caused as a result of circumstances beyond its control, such as traffic congestion, delayed flights, security alerts etc.

2. Payment

2.1.         If a payment by card or other means is declined, Airport Parkade reserve the right not to fulfil your booking.

2.2.         Increased duration of stay will be debited to the clients account and payment collected prior to the return of the vehicle

2.3.         Full payment of the booked service is due prior to commencement of the service unless prior arrangements have been made.

3. Cancellation and Curtailment

3.1.         A booking may be cancelled up to 24 hours prior to the date for which the service has been booked and a full refund will be made if already paid for.

4.     Liabilities and other Terms 

4.1.         It is the owner’s responsibility to ensure that his/her vehicle is comprehensively insured. The owner of such a vehicle agrees that the vehicle left in the care of Airportparkade is comprehensively insured.

4.2.         Vehicles and Contents are left at Owners risk whilst the vehicle is parked.

4.3.         Claims for damage will not be considered unless reported to Airportparkade Representatives immediately on the return of the vehicle at the terminal.

4.4.         We accept no liability for mechanical, structural or electrical failure of any part of your vehicle including windscreens, glass, tyres and wheels howsoever caused.

4.5.         Airportparkade accepts no liability for any loss or damage howsoever caused unless proved to be caused by the negligence of the employees of Airportparkade in which event Airportparkade’s liability will be limited up to R5000 of the excess fee.

4.6.         The owner agrees that the vehicle is licensed and comply with all the requirements of Road Traffic Act or any other applicable legislative requirements in terms of South African laws.

4.7.         We accept no liability for any faulty car keys, alarm fobs, house or other keys left on the key ring.

 

OUR COLLECTION PROCEDURE

  1. On Departure the client will proceed to the Domestic/ International Departure terminal where a service consultant/ driver will meet and greet the client, fill out the form, record the mileage and note any defects on the vehicle.
  2. On the Clients return to OR Tambo International Airport, he/she will proceed to the domestic/ international departure terminals of the Airport.
  3. The client would then process payment to the service consultant/ driver or will receive a copy of his invoice if they hold an account with Babsi Airport Parking.
